Puigdemont and Other Catalan Politicians Have Done a Runner to Belgium

Carles Puigdemont and other members of his government have taken refuge in Belgium, of all places, according to la Vanguardia, a Catalan newspaper. 

I will write a longer posting sometime this week, but if this story turns out to be confirmed then it looks as if the Catalan crisis has turned out to be a damp squib.
